    Academics 学术

    The academics are really good. You can tell that the professors really care and that they aren't trying to fail you. They make the classes really engaging.

    There is a huge focus in academics held by the university and professors.

    I absolutely love the College of Engineering. It is nice and small so that you get to know everyone in your major as well as all of the professors. It is very easy to approach all professors and all want to help you. They are strict though and take courses very seriously. As perfectly said by a professor on campus "We all want to see you succeed. That is what we are here to help you do. BUT, we will make sure you will not pass unless you truly know the material".

    我非常喜欢这里的工程学院，虽然不大，但是可以认识专业内的所有的学生和教授的感觉还是很棒的。所有的教授也都很平易近人，很容易就能得到他们的帮助。同时，他们也会对课程要求严格，正如一位教授曾经说过，“我们都想让你们成功，这就是我们在这里帮助你们的意义，但是我们也会保证除非你真的掌握了课上的内容，你是不会pass的”。

    Campus 校园

    The architecture around campus is a little bland because of a lack of history more than a century back; however, some of the more modern architecture really stands out in a good way, such as the SAC, the new music buildings, and the business school. There are plenty of places to study, and the steps by the SAC are a great place to relax, work, and/or just think.

    校园里的建筑有点平淡无奇，毕竟缺乏一些历史的沉淀，不过，另外一些现代建筑却十分出彩，比如SAC，新的音乐楼，还有商科楼。校园里有很多可以自习的地方，SAC旁边的台阶也是休息，工作或思考的好地方。

    A fun place to live with lots to do. You will never be bored.

    这里的校园生活十分丰富多彩，你绝对不会感到无聊的。

    Miami is a beautiful area with a lot to offer culturally. It has a vibrant people and a great music scene, which is what I intend to pursue after graduate school.

    迈阿密是一个很漂亮的地方，文化方面也十分丰富多彩，这里的居民都很热情，也有很多音乐方面的活动或场所，我想研究生毕业后在这里做音乐。
