    It‘s very easy to get an A. I think standards should be raised. Especially with the honors college. Honors is bestowed to a few, yet most of the campus is in the honors college. They need to be more strict with the entrance standards overall. I laugh at the 3.4 GPA minimum.

    You have to be very very careful and please check the professor on ratemyprofessor. But according to my experience, you could be disappointed by some students' ability in the classes no matter how great the professor is

    Lots of options but no criminology which is disappointing.

    Although it is in the middle of nowhere there are actually a lot of things to do around campus. Lots of places to shop, including a small mall in the neighboring town, quirky shops in Norhthampton, and a large mall about 25 minutes away in Holyoke. We also are not too far away from six flags. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around, and most have something going on many nights of the week including happy hour, trivia, and karaoke.

    Amherst is a cute little town thats fun to venture into when you have homework (lots of cute little coffee shops) or on the weekend when you want to go to the bars or out with friends.

    The campus during the spring and fall are beautiful! It gets a little depressing with all the snow, but I still love it even when I'm bearing through the cold. There are cute little cafes and nooks and crannies to do work in or take a little break all over campus, its very cozy. I LOVE THE GYM, so nice! it overlooks the fields which on a sunny day are beautiful...etc.
