    Academics 学术

    You really can't beat our academics. Our professors are the best the world has to offer

    Campus 校园

    Love campus. It's beautiful and peaceful, no matter what time of the year it is. Swem is, as everyone admits, one of the busiest places on campus. Its nice and updated, and a great study space. Outside there is lots of green space, well kept gardens, and is relatively quiet.

    我非常喜欢这里的校园，美丽又宁静，不论是一年中的什么时候。另外，大家都觉得Swem图书馆是全校最忙碌的一个地方，那里很棒很新，是一个不错的自习的地方，而且外面也有很多绿地花园，很安静。

    Depending on what you're looking for, Williamsburg could either be your dream location, or feel pretty boring. Personally, I am in love with the local charm of Colonial Williamsburg, and the tourist-town amenities. We are right across the street from Merchant's square, which has a bookstore, gift shops, and a bunch of fantastic restaurants. Everything is kept, clean, safe, and beautiful, and is an especially wonderful place to be at Christmastime. Most of the townies are pretty old, but are always friendly towards the students. Busch Gardens is nearby, as is the Jamestown beach, New Town, and the Williamsburg outlets. Unfortunately, food here can be pretty expensive, but there are enough fast-food places to keep eating out reasonable. There are only three bars within walking distance of campus, so you have to get creative when it comes to finding nightlife. All in all though, I am in love with the historic charm of Williamsburg, and could never imagine living somewhere else!

    取决于你个人的喜好，你可能会很喜欢Williamsburg，也可能会觉得这里很无聊。我就很喜欢这里，还有很多旅游景点设施。学校就在Merchant’s Square的对街，那里有书店，礼品店，还有很多很棒的餐厅。所有的地方都很干净，很安全，还很漂亮，尤其是圣诞节的时候。虽然城区的很多部分有点老旧，但是对学生还是很友好的。Busch Gardens就在旁边，还有Jamestown beach，New Town还有Williamsburg outlets等景点，购物中心。不过，这里的食物倒是会有点贵，但也有很多合适的快餐。从学校走路能到的酒吧只有三家，所以想要夜生活得动动脑子了。不过总体而言，我还是被这里的历史文化深深地吸引着，别的地方都无法取代。

    For History buffs, there is nowhere quite as neat as historical Colonial Williamsburg which is a stone's throw away or Jamestown which is only a few miles up the road. Just off campus there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. You can always find something to do in Williamsburg and in the summer months there is always Busch Gardens. How many campuses have school buses that can take them to a theme park?

    从历史文化加成角度来看，不会有比这里更好的地方了，这里就像从Jamestown抛出来的一粒石子，只要开几个mile就到了。校园外也有很多酒吧，餐馆，咖啡店。你总能找到有趣的事情做，夏天的时候也可以去Busch Gardens玩。有多少学校能像这里一样给学生提供带他们去主题公园玩的巴士？
