    Academics 学术

    Academics at Wake are impeccable. You will get a great education, albeit with a large workload. The workload is manageable and if you want to actually learn something in college go here.

    Everything that it offered are great classes. I have not felt over whelmed or like anything was impossible or that my teachers did not want me to succeed.

    If you want to major in something business related, you have to apply to the business school your sophomore year and it is very competitive. It's an amazing program if you get in but can be really devastating to your academic plans if you don't get in

    I haven't had much time or opportunity to explore life off campus, but the times I've gone off campus, Iv'e had fun.

    It's hard to find time to get off campus, but what I've seen is nice enough. There are definitely some highlights and places students like to go.

    Winston-Salem is a pretty small town, but I've been to some really great restaurants I had never heard of before- they were reasonably priced and really cute places to get a little dressed up for and head out for a Friday night dinner with some friends!
